Hand rolled and hearth-oven baked from a generations old secret recipe. Baltic breads are as simple, healthy, and versatile as they are delicious.
In pre-industrial northern Europe, bakers found a method for creating a "perfect" bread by combining rye, wheat, and whole grains in a secret process.
Today this technique also allows the bread to be frozen without affecting taste, and to toast with a hearty texture.
Since 1975, I have continued the tradition my father Rudy brought to America from Germany over 50 years ago. With your first bite you will discover Baltic breads not only taste better, they're better for you!
